As a B2B store refunds will only be issued if the item is received damaged or faulty.
Refund/replacement requests can be made by contacting us via email at thecraftydesigner@hotmail.com. We will respond to these as soon as possible for you.
We ask all damages are reported to us using the above method within 72 hours of receiving your order, any longer than this and refunds will not be issued. We will need to see photographic evidence of the damaged item/s and the packaging so that we have evidence when contacting Royal Mail.
