We aim to make and dispatch physical items within 1-3 working days of purchase.

We use Royal Mail to send your order. Once dispatched we can't control how quickly you'll receive it. If you have selected a tracked service, you will receive tracking details once dispatched.

If you require an item quicker than this please contact us either on here, our Facebook Page or via e-mail thecraftydesigner@hotmail.com and we will do our best to get it to you quicker.

Please report any issues to us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you receive an item and it is damaged please contact us. We will require photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can contact Royal Mail/courier regarding it. Damaged items will be replaced for you.
